New Features Available For Your VOB Profile!
The Veteran Owned Business Project has been working behind the scenes on new major and minor enhancements.
While we will have many more features to announce in the near future, we’d like to share with you our newest VOB profile updates:
NEW Serviceable Areas
Business Slogan or Tagline
DBA (Doing Business As)
Phone Extension (to your primary phone line)
Hours of Operation
Alternate Hours (i.e. emergency services available 24/7)
To activate these new features, view your business’ profile and look for the new “update this business” button (or simply click this link to go directly to MyVOB). Log in with your User Email and Password. Then look for the fields you’d like to update.
If you have difficulty logging in to MyVOB, or require assistance adding these new features, please give our support team a call at: (877) 862-5478, Ext. 2 and we will gladly help you out. Please be aware call volumes may be high. Feel free to leave a message with your name, business name, and contact number and a member of our team will reach out to you as soon as possible.
In addition to the new “Update this business” button, we have also activated the “Report an error” button on each profile. Both new buttons appear with the “Contact this business” button.
