This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. The requirement will be issued by Department of Veteran Affairs, Medical Center, Durham, North Carolina (VAMC Durham). This combined synopsis/solicitation serves as a request for quote (RFQ) for custodial service and will be issued as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-a-side. The solicitation document, incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-48. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 561720.
This is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside requirement. Offerors or Contractors shall be able to perform all required task, and subcontracting is not allowed.
