Attended college in Computer Engineering Technology until 1998. I have her reboot and after five minutes of simple instructions I am connected to her remotely from Florida. My work specializes in diagnosing computer infections or Windows corruptions. I then would optimize Windows and secure it to protect data. In addition of my computer experience I was also a Geeksquad manager and supervised and coached 23 technicians doing remote support.
