B.C. Architectural Designs was founded in 1995. The principals are Mr. William H. Christ, Jr., a Vietnam veteran and a licensed Maryland contractor and Mr. Michael A. Boyer, a licensed Maryland Architect.

Mr. Christ began producing graphic technical illustrations from construction plans and hand rendering conceptual drawings for major developers. These drawings were used for publication and promotions.

Upon meeting Mr. Boyer, we teamed up to offer clients and builders handsomely hand rendered 3-D concepts and Certified Construction Plans within Baltimore City, Anne Arundel County, Baltimore, Howard, and Harford Counties. Since that time, B.C. Architectural Designs has become a full service Digital drafting and interior design consulting firm. Using digital photos and hands-on exacting field measurements of existing structures, we present our clients their completed project in virtual 3-D imaging for approval prior to proceeding. Upon approval, we can produce yours plans to architecturally certified drawings for building permits, and contractor bids.

City homeowners and contractors alike have used and relied upon B.C. Architectural Designs for over 500 row house redesigns. All were in various conditions, taking them from complete gut rehabs to elegant town homes, with many adding the beloved Baltimore rooftop deck. In addition, we continue our tradition of designing and drafting from minor additions to historic renovations and multimillion dollar custom homes.

B.C. Architectural Designs prides itself in excellent customer service, with hundreds of satisfied clients, whether home owner, investor, or contractor. With an open ear and mind, B.C. Architectural Designs looks forward to helping you and your family design your dream.

B.C. Architectural Designs is a disabled veteran owned small business.

Comments on the Military and Business Ownership...

“My service in the military taught me the core principles I needed in my industry, as well as how to pay attention to detail, take pride in my work, and navigate a global system. I am proud to be a Veteran and military wife offering a business opportunity to others.”
