ECLS (E C Land Surveyors), Inc. is a VOSB that operates in multiple states and on multiple military installations that takes pride on being able to mobilize quickly in order to be on the ground at any location within 72 hours. We operate our business with three main goals in mind: *Provide quality work *Provide service in a timely manner *Provide affordable rate. At ECLS, our staff consists of (5) Professional Land Surveyors, (1) Professional Engineer, (1) EIT, (2) SIT, (1) Senior SUE analyst, (3) Project Managers, (3) Cad Techs and (7) survey field crews and (2) subsurface utility locating/mapping crews with a combined experience level of more than 140 years in Land Surveying, Engineering, Utility Locating and AutoCAD Land Development. As a VOSB that also employs veterans, we strive to provide service to clients that perform on our country's military bases and a large portion of our time goes into building relationships with firms that work on such projects.
