Glenwood Testing Center. Dr. Frank Cushing, an Air Force veteran, is a Clinical & School Psychologist. He has provided mental health services to the Rockford area for 37 years. He has evaluated and treated thousands of children, adolescents and adults for emotional, behavioral and learning problems. He specializes in conditions like ADHD, Learning Disabilities,Sex Offending, Depression and Bipolar Disorder & Anxiety including PTSD and anger problems. Time management lessons learned during the Viet Nam war are useful today. The military exposed me to a diverse group of people and value systems which are important for a psychologist.
