TACARM, LLC offers patent pending body armor for military personnel. The Ballistic Elbow and Knee Guards are strap-on pads that provide ballistic protection. The US Army requested these for testing with a possible contract being awarded in 2009. Patent license agreement proposals are welcome. The Ballistic Combat Uniform (BCU) is designed to be worn with a ballistic vest and enables Soldiers to quickly add or remove ballistic inserts to protect the upper arms, elbows, hips, upper legs, and knees.
