With almost 18 years of service, I have learned to be flexible while following and inforcing the rules and regulations. As a Chief in the Seabees, I have held different positions of authority, such as, OIC, AOIC, Training Chief, Platoon Commander and it all comes down to a few things. Take care of your people, completing your mission safely , but timely and remember where you came from. And never forget that a great leader is also a great follower!
