Supervisor Andrea Bailey is a native of St. Louis, Missouri. She has been married to her best friend and high school sweetheart, Rev. Cozy Eugene Bailey, for 40 years. He is a 23-year retired Marine Corps officer who graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis. They have one son, Cozy, Jr., also a Naval Academy officer and a graduate of University of Virginia. Supervisor Bailey is a Small Business Owner, Affairs Remembered LLC.

6:00PM – 6:30PMBishop Lyle Dukes became the 10th Chairman of the Prince William Chamber of Commerce. The Prince William Chamber is the largest municipal chamber in Virginia. It is the one of the strongest voices for the business community in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan region, representing numerous businesses and nearly 80,000 employees.Bishop Dukes is a graduate of University of Virginia (Col ’86), with MBA studies at St. Ambrose University and a Master’s degree from Faith Bible College and Seminary. He has also served as a commissioned officer in the United States Army.

Bishop Dukes, along with his wife, also heads the Pastors Network. In this role they serve as pastors to pastors both domestically and internationally. They cover approximately 600 churches across the United States, Europe and Africa. In 2009, the organization completed construction on their African headquarters building (Harvest Center) in Kenya.
