Helping Hometown Heroes Foundation Details: “Helping Hometown Heroes’ goal is to assist recuperating military men and women while adjusting from their military lives to civilian life. We are dedicated in helping our wounded warriors and veterans returning from areas of war and currently Iraq and Afghanistan with rehabilitation, transportation and support, along with their families. We reach out to those with IED loss of limb, traumatic brain injuries and PTSD and those still adjusting to everyday life.

As a 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofit organization, Helping Hometown Heroes will aid our service men and women by:

1) Aide wounded warriors and their families in transition upon return from war,
2) Facilitate the transition of wounded service men and women back into civilian life
3) Plan events to assist with morale building and re-acclimation to society.

Helping Hometown Heroes Foundation is comprised of volunteers dedicated to aiding our wounded recapture their lives by assisting them in regaining their mobility and improving their morale.”
