The Soldiers Project "Life After The Military" Panel Discussion

Remember our veterans and join The Soldiers Project in honoring them this Memorial Day

Life After The Military Panel Discussion
The Soldiers Project invites you to their “Life After The Military” panel discussion to find out how you can support local heroes.  The event is absolutely FREE!

Where: Volunteers of America, 10618 Schirra Ave., Mather, CA 95655
When: Tuesday May 24th
Time: 6PM – 8PM
Refreshments will be provided
RSVP: slong@thesolidersproject.org

With over 95,000 Veterans in Sacramento County alone, we need to equip ourselves in order to best serve our veterans and their families. The Soldiers Project will be hosting a panel discussion that allows us to understand the struggles service members face as they leave the military.

Employment and housing issues will be discussed as well in addition to hearing directly from a service member describe her experience.

At the conclusion of the discussion, there will be an opportunity to network and share your business with others (please brochures and business cards). We encourage our veterans to attend and share your tips with the mental health professionals on how they can better comprehend the issues you faced.
