Comments on the Military and Business Ownership
I could easily discuss the training I received and the trade skills I learned over the five years invested in the Sea Bees, as preparation for business ownership. However, I believe the trait, most valuable in business ownership, that was developed in me during my service, was the determination to fulfill a commitment. It can be easy to take on a project but when you are confronted with roadblocks and various bumps in the road it is determination that will see you thru the end of the project.
