Honor Flight of Southern New Mexico - Tagline/Slogan:
Currently over 400 Southern New Mexico and El Paso Veterans wear the Honor Flight Yellow Jacket thanks to the generosity of a very grateful community.

Honor Flight of Southern New Mexico was established in 2008 by business and community leaders who were devoted to honoring our Veterans. October 2016 will mark our ninth flight back to Washington DC allowing Veterans the opportunity to see their memorial. In the past our focus has been on honoring the WWII Veterans, our most senior heroes also known as THE GREATEST GENERATION.

In the first seven years of the program, through the generosity of the community tribute has been paid to 273 WWII veterans. Additionally 46 Korean War Veterans and 5 terminally ill Vietnam Veterans have also been honored.
