Comments on the Military and Business Ownership
The military gave me the necessary skills of communication to effectively communicate my intent not only to my employees but to my customers. The ability to operate and lead employees within my business and the implementation of a SOP allows my business to operate effectively and efficiently. The military distilled upon me traditions and values for which I hold dearly just like the traditions and values my parents distilled upon me growing up. These are my building blocks of my business!!
