Comments on the Military and Business Ownership
I would have to use 3 words to describe how the military has prepared me for entrepreneurship: service, discipline, and commitment to the mission. First, the military is all about serving others. Discipline: You have to have the disciplined to stay on task, be on time, and present yourself in a professional manner no matter what. Thirdly, commitment to the mission is the Why. Being focused on the WHY helps me give my customers a better gifting experience that transmits others.
